This gentle 1:1  healing meditation class is all about FEAR. What is fear and understanding why we allow it to make decisions for us.

 

Let’s discover what brings you anxiety and where in your body this emotion is. With this gentle technique called Peace process you will get in touch with your inner self. You will be able to unblock what has been staying in a way for you to move forward in your life.

With my guidance and your concentration on breathing and listening to your body you will go through the entire process of healing.

 

In this class we will work on:

 

  • Not rejecting your fears

  • Understanding your fears

  • Acknowledging your fears

  • Letting go of your fears

Sometimes we find ourselves in situations that force us to face our deepest fears. When we tune in and start listening to what our body is trying to tell us instead of listening to our mind and projecting something upon us without  even knowing what is coming we are able to feel and decide with our heart.

The feeling of letting go and allowing your body to sink into the peacefulness is so freeing.
