In this workshop we will tap into the cause of interrupted sleep. Why aren't you able to fall asleep? Why are you getting up in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back to sleep? 

We will learn the importance of different frequencies we go through each night while we sleep. How poor sleep affects the way our day unfolds. We will discover what a major role our breath plays when it comes to sleep, relaxation, and regeneration. energy level, recovery and more.

We will practice breathing techniques that improve your sleep and help with your everyday functionality. I will share tips and tricks with you for better sleep routine.
